More about me...

I’m a French-Australian certified ADHD Life Coach dedicated to supporting individuals and families navigating ADHD and/or anxiety.

After two decades as a lawyer in France and Australia, I followed my passion for helping children and teens thrive. I created and led hands-on educational programs for schools that fostered teamwork, confidence, and connection through a strengths-based approach, deepening my commitment to supporting young people with diverse strengths and abilities.

My journey with ADHD became personal when two of my children were diagnosed, providing me with deep insight into both the challenges and strengths of this condition. I quickly realised that self-awareness and psycho-education within the family are essential for navigating daily struggles. ADHD is complex—often coexisting with conditions like anxiety—and it evolves throughout a lifetime, requiring ongoing understanding and support.

Believing in a compassionate and practical approach, I turned to coaching to empower individuals to build resilience, self-understanding, and meaningful growth.

What is ADHD coaching & anxiety coaching?

Life coaching is a structured, goal-driven process that empowers individuals to gain clarity, build confidence, and take actionable steps toward personal, academic, or professional growth.

As an ADHD life coach, I provide specialised support through an ADHD-informed lens, helping you navigate challenges with understanding, practical strategies, and a strengths-based approach.

Recognising that anxiety is one of the most common coexisting conditions with ADHD and a growing concern for children and teens, I have expanded my training to provide tailored support in this area.

As a coach, I support teens, adults, and parents by:

  • Gaining a clear understanding of how ADHD and/or anxiety manifest and impact daily life.

  • Developing practical strategies to navigate challenges associated with ADHD and/or anxiety and achieve personal goals.

  • Identifying strengths and resources to support academic, professional, and personal growth while managing executive functioning struggles

As an ADHD and anxiety coach, my goal is to help you understand how both ADHD and/ or anxiety show up in your lifewithout letting them define you!

I see coaching as a short-term support designed to create long-term self-awareness, deepen understanding of symptoms, reframe unhelpful thinking, and ultimately help you regain a sense of control.

To help you on this journey, I use science-based tools to create lasting and positive changes:
